Ensure that the installation surface is level and stable, then position the vibration isolators at the equipment support points.
Method 1: Place the granite or marble table directly on top of the vibration isolators.
Method 2: First secure the isolator brackets to the equipment, then place the equipment and brackets together onto the diaphragm of the isolators as an integrated unit.
Connect the air piping and air supply. Adjust the air pressure at the filter regulator to 0.1 MPa. Observe the height change after inflation; the isolator should rise by 5–7 mm.
Unloaded height: 80 mm
Operating height after inflation: 85–87 mm
If frequent inflation or deflation occurs, the adjusting nut on the horizontal leveling valve of each isolator can be rotated sequentially to fine-tune the height:
Clockwise rotation lowers the height
Counterclockwise rotation raises the height
